Look around you.
Very quietly, observe what’s around you: a hot cup of coffee, a friendly coworker, the feel of fall air or sunlight on your skin. Don’t overthink it. Keep it really, really simple.
Just for today, try this practice for 90 seconds 3 times a day, and notice what shifts. Be curious about the possibility that the change you wish to see in the world begins with you.
