Change your thoughts, change your life

According to the Law of Attraction: “every subject is really two subjects…that which you desire, and the lack of it. Often, even when you believe you are thinking about something that you desire, you are actually thinking about the exact opposite of what you desire.”

For example:

When you think: “I hate this job; I need to get a new one.”

Even though you may think that you’re focusing on getting a new job, the thoughts and emotions you’re experiencing are focused on how unhappy you are in your current experience.

If you ACTIVELY change your thoughts to:

  • I’m ready to find a job that fulfills me, or
  • The skills I’ve learned in my current position make me a really attractive job candidate…

…your emotional set point (level of happiness) will increase.

The more that you learn to guide your thoughts in this way, the more that you will allow the things that you want to enter your life.

Wake up each morning and set the intention that you will experience the things you want. Visual your day, step by step.

Look for signs that your positive intentions are being manifested as you go about your day. When you experience something that is more in alignment with what you desire, be sure to make note of it, either consciously or in a notebook journal.
