·         The philosophy of our Live Food coaching is that in order to make any life transition, it’s important to look at your life as a whole. The approach comes from the belief that all answers lie within you. Therefore, we will not impose our beliefs about the right process for your growth—any revelations will come directly from you, supported by our guidance and supportive materials.  During a session, we will review your process to date, pose questions and provide guidance, supply you with supportive materials, and work with you to develop an action plan to support your journey.

·         Discovery Session:  To begin our work together, we will hold an initial 60-90 minute session that will help us to develop the parameters for our work together. You’ll receive an information packet prior to this meeting with several documents that you’ll need to complete.  During this session, you can expect that we’ll talk about your personal goals, objectives, and/or personal development areas that you’d like to address during coaching. This will help us to establish the initial plan for your transition to Live Food. The fee for this session is $80 or $75 for our Live Food students.

·         Ongoing Coaching:  You will be given the option to schedule regular times for our meetings, including online and phone support. Before we meet, please think about whether you’d like to meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly. During your Discovery Session, we’ll consider your goals and what the best level of intensity and duration is for your program. Our fees are as follows:

o   Integrative Coaching:  45 minute session/phone call. $60/session

o   Integrative Coaching Plus:   45 min. meeting/phone call, plus email support. $75/session

·         We suggest scheduling the first 3 sessions up front in order to make the commitment to your process. Payments should be made in advance during the Discovery Session.

·         You may also choose to sign up for a package of eight sessions at a discounted rate of $420 (one session will be free). A 50% deposit would need to be made during the Discovery Session, with the remainder due after Session Four. Payments can be made using a credit card on our website: www.vivainstitute.com.
